With the latest update to MacOS, Mojave, special access permission needs to be granted for GoToAssist to allow us to control your computer in order to offer remote support.
- Please click on the apple icon on the upper most left corner of your Mac
- Select System Preferences
- Click on Accessibility on the left side and then look for GotoAssist Customer on the right pane and check the box. NOTE: You may be required to enter the MACs admin username and password to authenticate and allow access.
