Delete Medications in Medication Profile

The Medication Profile allows users to manage and update a patient's active medication list. Deleting medications is necessary when a medication is added in error.

Steps:

1. Open the patient's Medication Profile.
   
   
2. Select the medication you want to delete.
   
   
3. Click ACTIONS, then choose Delete.
   
   

Note:
To delete multiple medications at once, select the checkboxes next to each medication before clicking Delete under the ACTIONS menu.
