Can't See Incoming Chats

This is for when you hear a ping for a reply on the support chat, but you cannot see the message. It's a bug within Microsoft Edge browser.


Steps to Fix:

  • Click the three elipses and then settings.
  • Click "About Microsoft Edge"
  • Make sure your browser runs all available updates until it says it's "Up to Date".
  • Close all windows and relaunch the browser and log into the webapp. Reopen the chat and try to chat again.
