Removing Draft Watermark from POC

Plans of Care (POC) are printed for provider signature. If the POC status is still "Draft", the printout will show a “Draft” watermark.

Steps to Remove the Draft Watermark

1. Go to any patient chart.
   
   
2. Locate the Plan of Care under the appropriate tab.
   
   
3. Click to edit the Plan of Care.
   
   
4. Find the Plan of Care Status dropdown menu.
   
   
5. Change the status from Draft to Final.
   
   
6. Click Save to apply the changes.

   
   

Important Notes:

• Only Plans of Care marked as Final will print without the Draft watermark.
• Make sure the document is fully reviewed and ready for signature before finalizing.
