Why is my calendar only showing 10 days for a patient?
Issue Summary
By default, patients in Under Evaluation status will only display the first 10 days on the calendar. It allows flexibility in case the Start of Care (SOC) date needs to be adjusted.
Steps to resolve
Once the POC is created, the full 60-day episode will appear on the calendar.
- For agencies using Full SEMR:
- Schedule the first visit.

- Add the OASIS-E1 Start of Care Assessment.

- Schedule the first visit.
- If not using electronic forms/documents:
- In Normal View:
- Click Admit at the top of the chart.

- Navigate to Care Plans / Orders > POC.

- Click Admit at the top of the chart.
- In Classic View:
- Click New > Status Record > Admit.


- Then click New > Plan of Care.

- Click New > Status Record > Admit.
- In Normal View:
Note: Your Agency Settings can be modified to show more than 10 days during the Under Evaluation period, if preferred.
