Re-admitting a Discharged Patient

To re-admit a previously discharged patient.


Steps to Re-admit a Patient:

  1. Navigate to: Patient > View All Patients

  2. Locate and open the discharged patient's Intake record.

  3. Click the Re-admit button located in the upper right corner of the Intake screen.


  4. Update any necessary patient or admission information as prompted.

  5. Save changes to complete the re-admission process.
