When adding OASIS E1 Transfer (with or without Discharge), Discharge, and Death at Home Assessments, the system does not auto-save upon creation. This happens because certain required questions must be answered before the assessment can be saved.
Fix Steps:
- For Transfer OASIS:
Fill out the Transfer To field (facility), then save. - For Discharge (DC) OASIS:
Complete the DC Status and Reason fields, then save.
