Step 2: Recreate the OASIS XML File to Reflect the Updated Facility ID (FAC_ID) / Submitter ID and Resubmit to iQies
Verification
Send at least one OASIS assessment and verify that iQies accepts the file without an Invalid FAC_ID error before processing all remaining assessments.
Going Forward
Once the new Facility ID (FAC_ID) / Submitter ID is saved in the OASIS Electronic Receiver Setup (ERS), all newly created OASIS assessments will automatically reflect the updated ID on the XML file.
