Requesting Physician Signatures

The document must be approved before a physician signature request can be made.


Steps:

Option 1: From Chart View / Normal View

  1. Go to the patient's chart or normal view.

  2. Locate the Approved document.

  3. Right-click on the document.

  4. Select Request Signature from Physician.


Option 2: From Within the Document

  1. Open the Approved document.

  2. Click on the MORE menu (usually at the top or upper right).

  3. Select Request Signature from Physician.
