Including Physician Signature Line

Situation

The physician signature line is not included on most printed documents.


Steps to Resolve

  • Open the document you wish to print.

  • Instead of clicking the printer icon, click the downward arrow next to the printer icon.

  • From the dropdown menu, locate the Physician Signature Line option.

  • Choose “Include” from the Physician Signature Line dropdown.

  • Click Print to generate the document with the signature line included.
