Resolving PECOS Status Messages in Synergy EMR

Synergy EMR automatically checks a physician's PECOS enrollment status and displays it in the License tab of the Physician Library. If a physician is not enrolled in PECOS, Synergy will display a warning message on OASIS and Claims.

  2. If the physician is enrolled but you still see the warning:

    • Open the Physician Library in Synergy EMR

    • Edit the physician's profile

    • Make a minor change (e.g., add a space or update a non-critical field) to trigger a save

    • Click Save to update the profile and refresh PECOS status

This will prompt the system to re-check and update the PECOS status.
