How to Print an Unduplicated Patient Census Report

Modified on Tue, May 26 at 12:31 PM

Follow these steps to generate a Patient Census report showing unduplicated patients.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Census Report

  • Go to Reports → Open Reports → Patient Reports → Census

2. Set the Date Range

  • Change the date filter to "Active for a specified period"
  • Enter your desired date range

3. Generate the Report

  • Click Print to generate the report

4. Locate the Unduplicated Total

  • The report will display both duplicated and unduplicated counts
  • The actual patient list shown is unduplicated
  • For the unduplicated total number, refer to the last page of the report

Important Notes:

Although the report displays both totals, the patient list itself is unduplicated. If you only need the unduplicated count, simply reference the total on the last page.
