Posting Visits

You can post visits using either Calendar View or Detail View in the Patient Scheduler.

  • Using Calendar View:
    • Right-click on the scheduled appointment and select Post Visit(s) to the Ledger
    • Or click the appointment and then click the Post button
  • Using Detail View:
    • Right-click on the appointment in the list and select Post Visit(s) to the Ledger
    • Or click the appointment and then click the Post button

 

Note: You can perform these actions while in Clinician Schedule as well.

 

Unposting Visits

From the Patient Chart > Ledger Tab:

  • Go to the Ledger tab in the patient's chart
  • Locate the visit you want to unpost
    • Use the pagination to browse through posted visits if needed
  • Select the visit and click Delete
    • This action unposts the visit but does not delete it from the schedule

From Clinician Menu > Visits Posted:

  • Go to Clinician menu > Visits Posted
  • Adjust the date range as needed
  • Use the columns to sort or search for the visit
  • Select the visit and click Unpost

 

Important: Visits can only be unposted from an Open Claim. If the claim is Sent, it must be reopened before unposting is allowed.
