Eligibility Report Not Showing

Users can run an eligibility check for Medicare patients. The system will generate an eligibility report, which opens in a separate tab. The most common reason the eligibility report does not display is Pop-up Blocker Is Enabled. The eligibility result opens in a pop-up window, and if your browser is blocking pop-ups, it will not appear.


Steps to resolve

  • Allow Pop-ups for Synergy AI/EMR on your browser
    • Go to your browser's Settings.
    • Find the Privacy & Security or Site Settings section.
    • Locate the Pop-ups and redirects settings.
    • Add your Synergy EMR site (e.g., https://emr00.synergyemr.net/youragency) to the allow list.
    • Save the changes and refresh your Synergy EMR page.

Tip: After allowing pop-ups, try running the eligibility check again.
