Adding UTN and TAR on Claims

Some insurance payers require additional information such as a Unique Tracking Number (UTN) or a Treatment Authorization Request (TAR) to be included on claims.

Adding UTN (Unique Tracking Number):

1. Double-click to open the claim.
   
   
2. Locate the UTN field in the upper right section of the claim window.
   
   
3. Enter the UTN value.
   
   
4. Click Save & Close.

   
   

Adding TAR (Treatment Authorization Request):

1. Double-click to open the claim.
   
   
2. Go to the Insurance field section.
   
   
3. Click Edit Insurance.
   
   
4. Enter the TAR number in the TAR section.
   
   
5. Click Apply, then Save & Close.
