Adding Religion, Language and Ethnicity Options

To support accurate and inclusive record keeping, users can customize the list of available Religion, Language and Ethnicity options in the patient intake form. 

To Add More Options to the Dropdowns:

Religion:

1. Navigate to Settings > Standard Codes Settings / Library.
   
   
2. Select Religion.
   
   
3. Click New to add a new religion option.
   
   
4. Enter the name and save.

Language:

1. Navigate to Settings > Standard Codes Settings / Library.
   
   
2. Select Language.
   
   
3. Click New to add a new language option.
   
   
4. Enter the name and save.

Ethnicity:

1. Navigate to Settings > Standard Codes Settings / Library.
   
   
2. Select Ethnicity from the list.
   
   
3. Click New to add a new ethnicity option.
   
   
4. Enter the name and save.
