The Communication Action and Category dropdowns have default values but can be customized by users.


Steps to Resolve


How to Add an Action for Communications

    • Go to the Patient menu.
    • Select Patient Communication Settings.
    • Click New.
    • Enter the Action Name.
    • Click Save.

How to Add a Category for Communications

    • Go to the Settings menu.
    • Select Communication Template Settings / Library.
    • Click New.
    • Enter the Category Name.
    • Click Save.
