Reset Passwords for Users

User passwords may need to be reset due to security policies, forgotten credentials, or administrative changes. This process allows administrators to manually update passwords for different types of users.


Steps:

  1. Go to Settings > User Logins.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select the user type:

    • Back Office
    • Field Staff
    • Physicians
    • Patients

Instructions by User Type:

  • Back Office Users:
    Double-click the user from the list, enter the new password in the Password field, then click Save.


  • Field Staff, Physicians, and Patients:
    Select the user, then click the Change Password button. Enter the new password and click Save.
