Fixing Patient Category Access Error

How do I fix the error “You don't have rights to view list of patient category list”?

This error means the user does not have permission to view patient categories.

  1. Go to Settings > User Logins
  2. Find the username or staff member's name
  3. Click on the username/name to open the User Profile
  4. Go to the Administration section
  5. Locate Patient Categories and Values
  6. In the View column, check the box ✅
  7. Save changes
  8. Have the user log out and log back in for the changes to take effect
