Resolving "Tags are Required" Error

This occurs when the document is set to require tags, but no tags have been selected or checked.


How to Resolve:

  1. Open the document showing the error.

  2. Check the Tags section of the document.

  3. If tags are required:

    • Select the appropriate tags by checking the boxes.

  4. If you do not want tags to be required:

    • Go to Docs > Document Tags Settings, depending on your system).
    • Uncheck the option that marks tags as required

  5. Save the document and try approving again.
