Steps to Enter or View the Facility ID in Synergy EMR/AI:
- Go to Imp/Exp > Electronic Receiver Setup OASIS Submission.
- Double-click on the current setup.
- In the Submitter ID field, enter or view the OASIS Submitter/Facility ID/Agency ID.
- Click Save once complete.

Tip: For new agencies, this step should be completed before adding any OASIS Assessments. This ensures that the Submitter ID is included when the OASIS ZIP file is generated for submission.
